We want you to feel respected and fairly treated. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for each type of purchase, consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Because many of our offerings are digital or personally-performed spiritual seva, some are non-refundable once delivered/begun — please read the section for your purchase.

| Ebooks / PDFs / downloads (instant access) | No refund once delivered/accessed, as the digital product is consumed on delivery. If a file is corrupt or wrong, we replace it free. |
| Paid analysis / Jyotish reports | Cancellable for a full refund before work begins. Once prepared/delivered: no refund, but we offer free correction if birth details were mis-entered or the report has an error. |
| Consultations / appointments | Reschedule or cancel with notice per the window shown at booking (typically 24–48 hours before the slot) for a refund or free reschedule. No-shows / late cancellations are non-refundable. |
| Puja / anushthan / seva | Cancellable for a refund before samagri is purchased / sankalp is taken. Once the puja has begun, it cannot be refunded (materials and pandit-seva are committed). Rescheduling of the date is possible with notice. |
| Online courses | Refundable within the window stated on the course page only if course content has not been substantially accessed/downloaded. Live/diksha-linked courses may be non-refundable once started. |
| Diksha (initiation) | Being a sacred commitment, diksha fees are generally non-refundable once diksha is given. If a scheduled diksha is cancelled by us, you are fully refunded. |
| Store (rudraksha, yantra, mala etc.) | Governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy (damaged/wrong-item replacement). Consecrated/energised items are non-returnable for hygiene & sanctity reasons unless damaged in transit. |

If money was deducted but the order failed, or you were charged twice, contact us with the transaction reference — failed/duplicate charges are refunded in full.
Note: A refund reflects a transaction/service issue only. Because our spiritual services are faith-based, dissatisfaction with a spiritual outcome (see Service Terms) is not by itself a ground for refund. We remain committed to fairness and will always hear you out.
