Service Terms

These Service Terms apply to our spiritual services — consultations & spiritual analysis, Jyotish reports, diksha (initiation), puja/anushthan booking, courses and personal guidance. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.

1. Nature of our services — faith-based, no guaranteed outcomes

All our services are rooted in Sanatan/Tantra tradition, shastra and sadhana. They are offered in good faith to support your spiritual growth and shraddha. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific material result — such as a job, marriage, court verdict, cure, financial gain or the removal of a particular problem. True benefit comes through faith, discipline and your own effort. We never use fear to sell (bhaya-vyapar) and never promise miracles-on-demand.

3. Consultation & analysis conduct

• Provide accurate birth details / concern so guidance is meaningful; incorrect inputs affect the result.
• Consultations are conducted respectfully. We may decline or discontinue any session involving abuse, intoxication, unlawful requests (e.g. harming others), or requests outside our tradition.
• Guidance is personal to you and for your own use; it is not a public or medical/legal opinion.
• Remedies (upay), mantra or items suggested are optional; you undertake them of your own free will.

4. Diksha (initiation) & guru-shishya conduct

Diksha is a sacred commitment, not a product. By seeking diksha you confirm that:

• you are 18+ and are taking initiation of your own free will and sincere faith;
• you will maintain the confidentiality of any mantra/sadhana given and use it only for your own upasana;
• you will follow the discipline (niyam) shared and treat the guru-shishya relationship with respect and dignity;
• diksha eligibility is at the discretion of the guru/acharya; it may be declined without obligation.

The guru-shishya relationship is one of respect and consent on both sides. There is no place for coercion. You may step away from a practice at any time.

5. Puja, anushthan & seva booking

• When you book a puja/anushthan you provide Sankalp details (name, gotra, wish). These are used only for that puja.
• Puja is performed as per shastrokt vidhi by the Pith/appointed pandits. Photos/videos or a completion note (puja-proof) may be shared where offered.
• The fee covers samagri, pandit-dakshina and seva as described on the booking page. Outcomes remain faith-based (see section 1).

6. Booking, delivery timelines & rescheduling

Estimated delivery/turnaround times (for reports, analysis, puja dates, consultation slots) are shown at booking and are indicative. If we cannot deliver in a reasonable time, we will inform you and offer a reschedule or, where appropriate, a refund per the Refund Policy. To reschedule a consultation or puja date, contact us using the window stated on that service page.

7. Recording & privacy

For your privacy, please do not record or publicly share a private consultation without our consent, and we will not publish your session or personal details without your consent. Sensitive data (birth details, photos, Sankalp) is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellation windows for each service (digital reports, consultations, puja, courses, ebooks) are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
