Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mahakalitantrapith.com, sadhaklok.com and all related services (together, the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and able to form a legally binding contract to use paid services. By using the Platform you confirm the information you provide is true and that you use our spiritual services of your own free will and faith (shraddha).

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login and account details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Provide accurate details so we can deliver your service (e.g. correct birth details for Jyotish).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share our ebooks, PDFs, course videos or paid content;
• misuse, hack, scrape, overload or attempt to breach the Platform’s security;
• impersonate the Guru, Acharya, the Pith or any person, or falsely claim affiliation;
• use the Platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, or harmful (including black-magic-for-harm requests, which we do not provide);
• post spam, ads or others’ personal data without consent.

4. Intellectual property — ebooks & content

All content on the Platform — text, ebooks, PDFs, course material, videos, mantras, yantra images, graphics, logos and the Trikaal Baba assistant — is owned by Mahakali Tantra Pith or its licensors and protected by copyright. When you buy an ebook, course or report you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use it yourself only. You may not copy, upload, resell, translate, screen-record or redistribute it. Unauthorised sharing is a copyright violation and may lead to account termination and legal action.

5. Your content & community licence

When you post in our community (sadhaklok.com) or send testimonials/anubhav, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, host and moderate that content on the Platform. Do not post content you do not have the right to share. Community conduct is governed by our Community Guidelines.

6. Paid services, pricing & payment

Prices are shown on each page and may include or attract GST as applicable. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. The nature and limits of our spiritual services are set out in the Service Terms; refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our spiritual services are faith- and tradition-based and carry no guarantee of any specific outcome. The Platform and content are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019). 8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, India and Ontario, Canada shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
