Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers physical products from our store — rudraksha, yantra, mala, and other spiritual items. Digital products (ebooks, reports, courses) are delivered online and are not covered here.

1. Order processing & dispatch time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days. Energised/consecrated (prana-pratishtha) items may take a little longer as they are prepared on an auspicious muhurat; the item page will indicate this. You receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.

2. Couriers & delivery time

• Within India: delivered via reputed couriers / India Post, typically 4–10 working days after dispatch depending on your location.
• International: shipping is available to many countries via international courier/EMS, typically 10–21 working days after dispatch, subject to customs.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals or remote pin-codes.

3. Shipping charges & taxes

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on weight and destination. Prices include GST where applicable. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees are payable by you (the recipient) and are not included in our charges.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, we share a tracking number (where the courier provides one) via email/WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.

5. Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging. Claims after 48 hours may not be accepted for transit damage.

6. Returns & replacement window

• Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging.
• Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is borne by the customer; for a wrong/damaged item, we bear it.

7. Undelivered / RTO parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus shipping costs already incurred.

8. Refunds

Refunds for store orders follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy and are made to your original payment method via Razorpay.
