We treat your personal information — and especially sensitive details such as name, date/time/place of birth, photographs and the questions you share — with care, in line with India's DPDP Act, 2023 and applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

• Purpose limitation: we collect only what a reading, service or order needs, and use it only for that purpose.
• Consent: sensitive consultation details are taken with your informed consent.
• Your rights: you may request access, correction or deletion of your data — see the Privacy Policy and Grievance page.
• Retention: we keep records only as long as needed for the service, legal and accounting requirements.

5. Information Security

Security is built into how the platform works, not bolted on afterwards:

• Secure payments: processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or CVV.
• Server-authorised access: premium content and memberships are verified on our server — access cannot be forged from a browser.
• Encrypted in transit: the whole site runs over HTTPS with strict transport security.
• Access control: staff/acharya access is least-privilege, with two-factor authentication on critical accounts and separated admin roles.
• Backups & incident response: we keep backups of important records and have a defined process for handling any security incident.

This is our own governance standard — the promises we hold ourselves to, publicly. We commit that Mahakali Tantra Pith:

1. does not sell through fear, threats or manufactured urgency;
2. does not guarantee supernatural outcomes — sadhana and remedies are offered in good faith as guidance, and results are never promised;
3. is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological help — for health, legal, financial or emergency matters we ask you to consult a qualified professional;
4. states fees clearly and up front, with no hidden charges;
5. takes informed consent before consultations and keeps your details confidential;
6. uses only genuine, authentic testimonials — no fake reviews, no fake ratings, no invented statistics;
7. prohibits abusive, exploitative or discriminatory practices by anyone acting in our name;
8. provides a formal grievance mechanism and responds within published timelines.

The name “Mahakali Tantra Pith”, our logo, and our original works — e-books, courses, reports, videos and written research — are our intellectual property. We are actively formalising trademark and copyright protection. Copying our content, or using our name/logo to impersonate us, is not permitted; please report misuse.

If you see a fake page, cloned website, or someone asking for money or personal details in our name:

1. Do not pay or share OTP/PIN/passwords.

3. Report the fake account to the platform (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube) as impersonation.
